All orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from the time that the order is placed. You will receive an e-mail notification once your order has been shipped.

We require all purchases to be $5 or more. Shipping costs and taxes count towards the order minimum.

We offer free shipping on orders over $199 shipped within the continental United States unless insurance for your order is desired. If you choose to have your ordered insured by USPS, then you will have to choose and pay for the shipping option of your desired insurance amount.

Insurance from USPS can be bought up to a desired amount, but no more than $5000.00 USD, for your order at checkout. Insurance options are set in tiers in which the prices between the max amount for said option and $1.00 USD above the lower tiered option are the same price to insure your package. Your package will not be insured for more than the subtotal of your order. Buying an insurance tier for a greater amount than the subtotal of your order will not have your package insured for that amount and we will be unable to refund the difference.

EX: A cart with a subtotal of $260 who wishes to insure the full amount should choose the option of USPS UP TO $500 INSURANCE since the price to insure a package from $251-$500 is the same price. Choosing the option of USPS UP TO $250 INSURANCE will result in the package being insured for $250. Choosing the option of USPS UP TO $1000 will still only result in an insured package of $260 and refunds will not be given.

During checkout, most services will return an estimated delivery date. These dates, like the rates themselves, are generated by the respective carrier. Please note that these dates are estimates and are subject to change based on weather conditions, carrier issues, accidents, etc. We cannot control issues with the carrier and are unable to refund any shipping costs if the package is delayed or lost due to a carrier issue.

Shipping address requirements vary based on the type of payment used.

Credit Cards - Shipping address must match the billing address that is associated with your credit card.

PayPal - All PayPal orders must ship to the confirmed address that is associated with your PayPal account.

To ensure the validity of each transaction and for the safety of ourselves and our customers, the above rules apply. If you need to ship to a different address than is associated with your method of payment, please contact us first.

If an order is placed with a mismatch of the billing and shipping address, we reserve the right to cancel your order and payment at the time of purchase. We will contact you with the information on how to place your order.
